Suad Kantarevic has worked in Greater Boston real estate for more than 25 years. He is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and the broker-owner of Agape Realty Partners LLC, a family-run brokerage based in Everett.

His work covers the whole picture: buying and selling homes, two- and three-family properties, investment property and leasing. Because he has also bought, managed and maintained income-producing rentals himself, he looks at every property the way an owner does: rents, repairs, taxes and long-term value, not just the asking price.

Clients get Suad himself, not a hand-off. He prices, negotiates and coordinates the attorney, lender and inspector on every transaction. He works in English and Bosnian; Diana Kantarevic, the brokerage admin, serves clients in Spanish; and Portuguese-speaking families can write to us in Portuguese.
